Connect with others.
Grow in your relationship with God.
A Small Group is a gathering of 5-15 people who meet together each week to make new friends and grow spiritually. At Spirit & Life Church, we believe that small groups are one of the best ways to connect with others and grow in your relationship with God. Authentic, sustained life change occurs as we are in a personal relationship with God, and this happens best when we are prioritizing intentional relationships with others who share the same goal.
Our vision is to see every person at Spirit & Life actively participating in a healthy small group. For more information about small groups, or if you feel that God is calling you lead a group, please contact Spirit & Life at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Thursdays at 7:00pm
This group is for men who need to awaken from their spiritual sleepwalking, move from the audience to the army, from affiliated to activated, and from luke warm to on-fire for God. Based on Kenny Luck's Every Man Ministries book series, Sleeping Giant, Kenny Luck encourages men to Get In, Get Healthy, Get Strong, and Get Going. This process leads men from becoming a passive audience, to an army, to activated leaders, to God’s men who lead families and churches in positive and effective ways.
